Saucy Italian Drunken Noodles

I haven't posted anything in a while and when I saw this recipe on Brown Eyed Baker's Weekend Dish list, I thought I would post it here. It is for Saucy Italian Drunken Noodles.  It will probably go on next week's menu.  It looks great.
